HUANQI.CLUB｜Club Regulations

To maintain the quality, privacy, and sense of safety within our community, all members must read and agree to the following regulations before joining. These rules form the foundation of HUANQI.CLUB’s atmosphere, aesthetic standards, and circle culture.

01 | Privacy & Confidentiality

1.1 Absolute Confidentiality

All identities, conversations, interactions, and activities within the club are strictly confidential.
Members may not discuss, record, or disclose any details of the club on any platform.

1.2 No Photography or Recording

The use of phones, cameras, or recording devices during events is strictly prohibited.
Upon entry, phones will be sealed or stored by concierge staff.

1.3 Respect for Anonymity

Members are identified by their Member ID rather than real names.
No one may ask for or attempt to obtain others’ personal information.

02 | Conduct Guidelines

2.1 Respect Above All

Respect each member’s boundaries, emotions, privacy, and personal space.
Any form of aggression, pressure, manipulation, or inappropriate conduct is strictly forbidden.

2.2 Clear Consent

All interactions must be based on mutual, clear, and voluntary consent.
Uncertainty, hesitation, or silence does not equal consent.

2.3 Prohibited Boundary Violations

Including but not limited to:

• Verbal harassment or offensive remarks

• Uninvited or non-consensual contact

• Intrusion into personal privacy

• Coercion, manipulation, or unwanted pressure

Violators will be immediately removed and permanently banned.

03 | Event Protocols

3.1 Limited Attendance

All events have limited capacity to preserve privacy and quality.

3.2 Venue Etiquette

• Arrive on time and check in

• Attire must match the event’s aesthetic (elegant, refined, understated)

• No excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior

3.3 Atmosphere Expectations

Events center around aesthetics, emotional balance, mindfulness, and ritual.
Disruptive or atmosphere-breaking behavior is not allowed.

04 | Safety Protocol

4.1 Venue Security

• Fully private, closed venue

• Single entry point

• Concierge or security presence outside

• Only members and authorized staff may enter event areas

4.2 Risk Management

Illegal, unsafe, or suspicious behavior is not tolerated.
Staff will intervene immediately if discomfort or risk arises.

4.3 Personal Boundaries & Well-Being

Every member has the right to say “No” at any moment.
Members may stop any interaction that feels uncomfortable.

05 | Member Responsibilities

5.1 Self-Discipline & Etiquette

Members must demonstrate maturity, restraint, and refined social behavior.
All members are expected to uphold the culture of the club.

5.2 Protecting the Atmosphere

• Maintain anonymity

• Offer respect and a sense of safety to others

• Avoid gossip, probing, speculation, or comparison

5.3 Honest Application

All submitted information must be accurate.
False information will result in immediate removal.

06 | Violations & Expulsion

The following offenses result in permanent expulsion:

✔ Disclosing any club information
✔ Boundary violations or harassment
✔ Unauthorized photos or recordings
✔ Disrespecting personal limits
✔ Spreading rumors or harming the atmosphere
✔ Any legal or safety-related risk

The club reserves the right to take immediate action.
